The system has been designed to be user friendly, giving the user the freedom to capture the information in a flowing process. The system generates messages specifying the mandatory field that need to be captured in order to move on with the transaction.
The first feature of the Seriti system is the finance applications; the system is linked to all major banks making it easy to get your answers quickly and easily as the applications are sent straight into the banks score card offering a higher approval rating in most cases.
Seriti constantly strives to keep up to date with all major banks development and as such Seriti normally does a system release every two weeks.
Seriti is also focused on the banks drive for digitisation with the implementation on the electronic signature pads making it possible to sign policy documents as well as financial contract electronically. Also all products sold through the system will be specified on a pay over bordereaux which can be pulled at anytime to make sure that all payments are made to the suppliers of the products.
The third feature of the Seriti system is the reporting, there are many reports available including DOC report (Daily Operating Control Report), Pay over Bordereaux, Finance MIS, System Usage report and many others.
These reports are designed to be user friendly and easy to understand, Thus aleviating the old manual process of monitoring the dealerships performance.
These reports can be drawn manually or set up to be an automatic report that can be sent on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. These reports are utilized for the consulting offered by Seriti as a true reflection of the dealerships current performance and used to create APL’s (Acceptable performance levels) that will increase the dealerships profitability.
The forth feature is the consulting offered by Seriti Business Solutions, A team of qualified business consultants will monitor and target the Finance and Insurance Business Managers by setting up Monthly reviews and APL’s sessions (Acceptable Performance Levels).
